-White Bean Soup with Pesto, Rosemary, and Greens

-GF Pasta and Veggie Salad

-BBQ Joes (vegan) and Buns

-Corn chips

-Curried Slaw with Raisins

-Brownies



Wednesday

-Scrambled Eggs

-GF Porridge with Fixin's (seeds, nuts, raisins, brown sugar, etc.)

-Banana halves

-Coffee, tea, milk


Lunch

-Calcutta Curry Soup

-Roasted Yam Curry Salad with Celery and Lime

-Crackers


Supper

-Soft Polenta

-Red Sauce

-Mozzarella

-Garlic Bread

-Green Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette

-Carrot Cake



Thursday

-Cornbread, Butter, Honey

Friday

-Mulligatawny Soup

-Black Bean, Quinoa, and Veggie Salad

-Bread, Peanut Butter, Jam


Supper

-Chickpea Masala and Basmati Rice

-Roasted Veggies or Brined Veggie Salad

-Fruit Crisp with Local Homestead Vanilla Ice Cream



Saturday


Breakfast

-Scrambled Eggs

-Oatmeal or GF Porridge with Fixin’s (seeds, nuts, raisins, brown sugar, etc.)

-Banana halves

-Coffee, tea, milk


Lunch

-Village Fire Soup

-Fried Rice

Menu may be subject to change slightly during the week.


All meals are vegetarian.


Please indicate during registration if you have any of these special-diet needs:

  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free (is also gluten free)
  • Vegan (is also gluten free)
  • Naked (no seasonings, salt, onions, garlic, etc. -- just simple food items)


If you have special diet needs beyond these you may need to bring supplemental foods.

There will be no refrigerator space so please bring non-perishables or a cooler and ice.


A menu with Allergen Notes will be available by late April of 2020.
